White Liner Carton with High-Precision Barcode
Scanner-verified barcode panels printed to ANSI grade B or better on a bright white liner.
Overview
Automated warehouses read cartons, not labels. This box prints the barcode directly onto a bright white liner so that every unit can be scanned at the infeed of a sortation line without a secondary labelling step.
Print quality you can measure
Barcode panels are verified with a calibrated scanner against ANSI/ISO print-quality parameters — edge determination, symbol contrast, modulation and defect. Production targets grade B or better at the minimum element width used by the customer's system, and verification reports can be supplied per batch.
Bright, low-porosity liner
A coated white liner with high opacity provides the high symbol contrast that scanners need. Its low porosity limits ink wicking, so bar edges stay crisp even at narrow element widths and dense data-matrix codes.
Position control
Panel position is held to ±2 mm relative to the glue seam, so the code always falls inside the scanner window regardless of how the case is oriented on the conveyor. Quiet zones are respected by design and confirmed on the die layout.
