Anti-Counterfeit Corrugated Carton
Flute-printed security marks that reveal authenticity the moment a corner is lifted.
Overview
Counterfeiters copy boxes, not board. Our anti-counterfeit carton prints a security colour or pattern onto the flute itself, inside the wall of the board, so that authenticity can be verified by lifting a corner of the carton.
Security inside the wall
The marking is applied to the flute medium before lamination and is therefore buried beneath the liner. A counterfeiter would have to replicate the board construction, not merely the outer print — a far higher barrier than surface holograms or labels.
Instant verification
End users, inspectors and customs officers simply lift one corner of the carton to expose the coloured or patterned flute. No device, database or app is needed, which makes the system practical for field inspection in any market.
Combined with other layers
Flute marking is frequently combined with sequential numbering, tamper-evident tear strips and overt brand security print. Together they give three independent verification levels: instant, tracking and forensic.
