Overview
Solar modules, inverters and electromechanical assemblies demand packaging that is simultaneously large, strong and dimensionally accurate. This range is produced on our widest lines, with formats up to 2.8 × 4.0 m and lengths beyond 4 m on the seven-layer line.
Produced on the widest lines
The 2.8 m BHS corrugator and the 1.8 m seven-layer line allow us to produce single-piece blanks for formats that most plants must join. Single-piece construction removes the weak seam that causes failure in oversized packs.
Protection for fragile surfaces
Solar glass and painted metal surfaces require scratch-free contact. We specify a smooth inner liner, optional PE foam or EPE inserts, and edge protectors, all validated against the customer's drop and vibration profile in our ISTA test centre.
Logistics engineering
Because oversized cartons are expensive to ship empty, our engineers optimise the blank layout for pallet density and, where volume justifies it, design a knock-down format that one operator can erect on the packing line.
