Overview
High-gloss paint, polished stainless steel and coated plastics are easily marked by the abrasive surface of ordinary corrugated board. This carton replaces every contact surface with a soft, non-abrasive liner and adds engineered cushioning at the load points.
Non-abrasive contact
The inner liner is a fine, soft-fibre paper with an abrasion value well below that of standard kraft. Combined with die-cut cushioning inserts at corners and edges, it prevents the scuffing that occurs during pallet vibration and manual handling.
Cushioning where it counts
Finite-element-style drop analysis identifies the load points of each product, and EPE or honeycomb inserts are placed accordingly rather than uniformly. The pack stays lightweight while protecting the surfaces that customers actually inspect.
Validated by test
We run loaded pallets on our ISTA vibration table and inspect the product surfaces after the cycle. Photographic reports are provided so that the customer's quality team can approve the protection level before mass production.
