Overview
Everything we convert begins as corrugated board from our own corrugators. Supplying board as sheets or reels to converters and industrial users is therefore a natural extension of the plant — with the same tolerances and traceability as our finished cartons.
Two to ten layers
The 2.8 m BHS line produces two- to ten-layer constructions, with A, B, C and E flutes and their combinations including AA, AC and EB. The 1.8 m seven-layer line extends capability to eight-layer composite board and lengths beyond four metres.
Functional coating capability
A 2.8 m precision coating unit applies functional coatings to the paper before lamination, changing surface appearance and performance. This is the key step behind our waterproof, anti-slip, anti-static and anti-rust products, and it can also be supplied as coated board in its own right.
Consistent physical properties
Bursting strength, edge crush and flat crush are measured on every reel and sheet batch in our ISTA-certified laboratory. Certificates of analysis can be issued against agreed specification limits.

Validated before production
Compression, drop and vibration protocols are run in our ISTA-certified test centre, with a written report and photographs supplied for approval.

Plates, dies and CAD/CAM structures are produced internally, so a specification change does not wait on an external supplier.
