Who we are

A packaging group built on one unglamorous promise

Founded on the shore of Taihu Lake and commissioned in June 1997, Tat Seng Packaging (Suzhou) is a wholly owned subsidiary of a Singapore-listed packaging group. We invested USD 19.64 million on a 112-mu site and now operate a 50,000 m² modern main plant with complete office and staff accommodation buildings.

Our business is straightforward: make board that holds its strength, print it with register you can measure, and coat it so that humidity, sulphur or abrasion never becomes our customer's problem.

  • Two- to ten-layer board in A, B, C and E flutes with AA, AC and EB combinations
  • In-line precision coating for waterproof, anti-slip, anti-static and anti-rust performance
  • 320 employees including 10 international specialists in senior roles
  • Annual sales approaching RMB 400 million, with high-end cartons sold into 19 provinces

How we work

From brief to pallet in four controlled stages

Structural design, tooling, production and validation sit under one roof — which is why our lead times stay short and our tolerances stay tight.

Brief & survey

We review product weight, fragility, distribution route, storage humidity and branding requirements before proposing a board grade.

Design & tooling

CAD/CAM structural design, colour-managed artwork and in-house plate and die production, with a physical sample for approval.

Production

Board from our own corrugators, printed on multi-station lines with ±0.5 mm register and in-line functional coating.

Validation & delivery

Compression, drop and vibration testing to ISTA protocols, batch documentation, and delivery across Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai.

The questions buyers ask us first

Minimum order quantity, lead time, sampling and tooling cost are the four things that decide whether a packaging project starts well. Here is how we answer them.

All frequently asked questions {arrow}

What is your minimum order quantity?

Standard constructions start at 1,000 pieces per size. Custom printed cartons with new tooling typically begin at 3,000 pieces, because plate and die costs need to be absorbed across the run.

How long does a first order take?

Sampling takes 7–10 working days after artwork approval. First production is normally 15–20 working days from signed-off sample, depending on board grade and coating requirements.

Can you test our pack before we commit?

Yes. Our ISTA-certified laboratory runs compression, drop and vibration protocols and issues a written report with photographs, so you can approve performance rather than appearance.

Do you supply outside China?

We ship high-end cartons to Europe, Japan, Korea and Southeast Asia, and hold export packaging licences for both ordinary and dangerous goods.
