Overview
The corner-post heavy-duty sleeve box is engineered for products whose weight and footprint make ordinary cases impractical. Four laminated corner posts, formed from high-density multi-wall board, carry the vertical load, while the outer sleeve and telescopic cap absorb impact and keep the pack square during handling. The result is a fibre-based alternative to timber crating that ships flat, assembles in under three minutes and is fully recyclable.
Built for static and dynamic loads
Each post is built up from E-flute and BC-flute laminations glued under controlled pressure, producing a column strength of up to 6 kN per post. Combined with a double-wall sleeve, the assembled box routinely replaces wooden crates for machinery, moulds, compressors and battery packs, at a fraction of the tare weight.
ISI-free flat shipping
Because the posts are supplied flat and the sleeve is creased to fold, a pallet of 100 knocked-down units occupies roughly the space of twelve assembled boxes. Freight and warehouse costs drop sharply, and no assembly tools are required on the customer's line.
Custom-engineered per project
Our engineers model each design in CAD/CAM, then verify it in our ISTA-certified test centre with compression, drop and vibration protocols matched to the customer's distribution route. Post spacing, board grade and cap depth are optimised so that the pack meets the drop standard without over-specifying material.
