White Kraft Self-Locking Double-Bottom Box

Overview

A retail-grade shipper with an imported white kraft liner on the outside and a self-locking double bottom underneath. The base folds and locks without adhesive, which speeds up packing lines and gives the carton a consistent, clean footprint that sits flat on any shelf. The bright white surface is an ideal canvas for high-fidelity flexo or litho-laminated graphics.

Imported white kraft liner

The coated white top liner is imported and offers high opacity with a smooth, low-porosity surface. Four-colour process work, brand logos and fine type reproduce crisply, and the liner resists scuffing during pallet handling and retail replenishment.

Self-locking double bottom

Four base panels interlock mechanically to create a double-thickness floor. No bottom taping, no staples and no glue are needed: packers simply fold, load and seal the top. The base holds its shape under point loads from bottles, jars and boxed appliances.

Designed around your line

We confirm the blank layout against your case-packer, check stacking strength in our ISTA lab, and supply pre-glued, flat-packed units on pallets. Print plates, die-cutters and glue lines are managed in-house, so artwork changes are handled without external tooling delays.
