Overview
An integrated tear strip converts a glued shipping case into a pack that opens cleanly by hand. No knife, no scissors and no risk of damage to the contents — and because the strip can only be removed once, it doubles as simple tamper evidence.
Tool-free opening
A high-tensile tear tape is laminated into the board during manufacture and positioned so that the strip lifts a flap along a controlled path. Operators open the case in seconds, which matters on high-throughput receiving docks and in field service work.
Clean, repeatable tear
Tape width, adhesion and board grade are matched so that the strip tears without delaminating the liner or leaving fibre tufts. The opened carton remains tidy and can be reclosed for return logistics.
Tamper evidence
Once removed the strip cannot be reinstated invisibly. Combined with a security print pattern, this provides a low-cost indication of interference for high-value industrial and pharmaceutical goods.
