Overview
Regulated chemical packaging often carries fine print, lot codes and security marks that must remain readable after transit. This carton is built around tight-register overprinting on a dimensionally stable board.
Register at the limit of flexo
Multi-unit presses with servo-driven registration hold colour-to-colour alignment at ±0.5 mm across a 2.5 × 4.3 m sheet. Fine text down to 5 pt, thin rules and micro-text security marks remain legible, which matters when statutory information must be readable at the point of use.
Dimensionally stable board
Board conditioning before printing controls moisture content so that the sheet does not grow or shrink between print units. This is what allows fine register to be repeated run after run rather than achieved once on a sample.
Security options
Guilloche patterns, micro-text and hidden marks can be combined with a tamper-evident tear strip. Because plates are produced in-house, security features can be changed between lots without disclosing artwork externally.
