Overview
Where dyestuff brands are sold under a consistent global identity, process printing gives the most economical route to faithful colour. This carton applies four-colour process work to a chemical-grade double-wall board and seals it with a barrier coating.
Process colour accuracy
Cyan, magenta, yellow and black are printed in a single pass on high-precision flexo units with anilox rolls selected per image area. Brand colours are matched to spectrophotometer readings taken from approved proofs, and every run is checked against a retained standard.
Board that carries the ink
A smooth, high-sized top liner prevents ink absorption and dot gain, keeping shadow detail in photographic panels. The fluted medium is selected for compression strength so that print quality is not bought at the expense of stacking performance.
Sealed for chemical service
A water-based barrier coat protects the print from condensation and light spillage, and keeps the surface cleanable. Optional anti-slip treatment is available where filled cartons are stacked on conveyors.
