Neutral Dyestuff Carton

Overview

Dyestuff and intermediate producers need packaging that stays visually neutral so that no reflected colour influences shade matching at the customer's bench. This carton uses an unbleached, low-whiteness liner with a matte finish and a restrained single-colour identification system.

Colour-neutral substrate

An unbleached kraft liner with controlled brightness avoids the blue-white cast of optical-brightened papers. Under daylight or D65 inspection lamps the pack reads as a true neutral, so shade assessment is carried out against the sample and not against the box.

Restrained identification

Batch, shade number and net weight are printed in one dark ink on a dedicated panel, leaving the rest of the face clean. Variable data can be added by inkjet or thermal transfer in-line, allowing short runs and rapid shade changes without new plates.

Powder-tight construction

All seams are glued with a full bead and the base is double-locked, limiting fine powder escape during handling. An optional PE liner bag can be supplied for hygroscopic grades.
