Overview
A continuous decorative strip runs the full length of this carton, front, side and back, creating an unbroken band of brand colour that reads clearly from a distance and stacks into a coherent block on the shelf.
Unbroken visual band
The strip is printed in register across the full blank, including the glued side seam, so the band appears continuous on the assembled box. This technique turns a plain shipping carton into a merchandising unit without the cost of litho lamination.
Heavy ink laydown without cracking
Full-length solid coverage is a stress point on any folder-gluer. We specify a flexible ink system and control crease geometry so the coating survives folding at low temperatures without hairline cracking along the score lines.
Structural options
The band can be combined with a tear strip, hand hole or reinforced base. Print and structure are developed together in CAD/CAM, so decoration never compromises stacking strength.
