Corner-Post Heavy-Duty Corrugated Box
Twin-wall sleeve-and-cap construction with integrated corner posts for loads up to 1,500 kg.
View specificationFrom a 2.8 m high-speed corrugator to an ISTA-certified test centre, Tat Seng Packaging (Suzhou) manufactures board and cartons to a single standard: the pack must arrive exactly as it left the line.
German BHS corrugator, Japanese Mitsubishi multi-station line, Swedish EMBA and Swiss flat-bed die-cutters — high-precision, fully automatic, high-efficiency.
More than thirty instruments for paper, board and carton testing, allowing distribution performance to be proven before the first pallet ships.
Certified quality and environmental management, plus export packaging licences for ordinary and dangerous goods, RoHS and high-tech enterprise status.
An independent provincial research centre and dozens of national packaging patents keep our barrier and functional coatings ahead of demand.
Founded on the shore of Taihu Lake and commissioned in June 1997, Tat Seng Packaging (Suzhou) is a wholly owned subsidiary of a Singapore-listed packaging group. We invested USD 19.64 million on a 112-mu site and now operate a 50,000 m² modern main plant with complete office and staff accommodation buildings.
Our business is straightforward: make board that holds its strength, print it with register you can measure, and coat it so that humidity, sulphur or abrasion never becomes our customer's problem.
Twenty-five production-ready constructions, each developed against a specific failure mode — moisture, static, sulphur, abrasion, counterfeiting or sheer weight.
Multi-colour, chemical-resistant cartons for crop protection, dyestuffs and intermediates.
Browse rangeCorner-post, oversized and appliance packs engineered for loads measured in tonnes.
Browse rangeWater-repellent, moisture-proof and bag-in-box formats for humid and ocean freight.
Browse rangeAnti-rust, anti-static, sulphur-resistant and anti-scratch constructions.
Browse rangeEvery carton below is produced in-house on imported lines and can be validated in our ISTA test centre against your own distribution route.

View specificationStructural design, tooling, production and validation sit under one roof — which is why our lead times stay short and our tolerances stay tight.
We review product weight, fragility, distribution route, storage humidity and branding requirements before proposing a board grade.
CAD/CAM structural design, colour-managed artwork and in-house plate and die production, with a physical sample for approval.
Board from our own corrugators, printed on multi-station lines with ±0.5 mm register and in-line functional coating.
Compression, drop and vibration testing to ISTA protocols, batch documentation, and delivery across Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai.
Four statements govern how the plant runs. They are printed on the walls, reviewed in shift meetings and used to settle the everyday trade-offs between speed and quality.

Minimum order quantity, lead time, sampling and tooling cost are the four things that decide whether a packaging project starts well. Here is how we answer them.
Standard constructions start at 1,000 pieces per size. Custom printed cartons with new tooling typically begin at 3,000 pieces, because plate and die costs need to be absorbed across the run.
Sampling takes 7–10 working days after artwork approval. First production is normally 15–20 working days from signed-off sample, depending on board grade and coating requirements.
Yes. Our ISTA-certified laboratory runs compression, drop and vibration protocols and issues a written report with photographs, so you can approve performance rather than appearance.
We ship high-end cartons to Europe, Japan, Korea and Southeast Asia, and hold export packaging licences for both ordinary and dangerous goods.
Share the product, the weight, the route and the print requirement. Our engineers will propose a construction and quote within one business day.
